What are your earrings made of?
All earrings are handcrafted using polymer clay, making them lightweight and comfortable to wear. Some designs also feature hand-painted details.

Are polymer clay earrings fragile?
While polymer clay is durable when properly cured, it is still a handmade material. Earrings should be handled with care—avoid bending them or dropping them on hard surfaces.

Are your earrings heavy?
Nope! One of the best things about polymer clay earrings is how lightweight they are, even in larger statement styles. You can wear them comfortably all day.

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes! All earring posts and hooks are made with 304 stainless steel. 

Care Instructions

How should I clean my polymer clay earrings?
For regular cleaning, gently wipe your earrings with a soft, damp cloth. If they get stained, use a bit of mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners, as they may damage the finish.

Can I wear my earrings in water?
It’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water. While a little rain won’t hurt, repeated exposure to moisture can weaken metal components and affect hand-painted details. Try to remember to remove your earrings before showering, swimming, or exercising.

How do I care for painted earrings?
Hand-painted details are sealed for protection, but they should still be handled with extra care. Avoid scratching or rubbing the painted areas, and store them separately from other jewelry to prevent chipping or fading over time.

Will the paint on my earrings fade?
The short answer, eventually. While my painted designs are sealed for longevity, excessive exposure to water, oils, or rough handling may cause fading over time. To keep them looking fresh, store them in a dry, cool place and avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or hairsprays.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our earrings, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I'll do my best to resolve it.

Do you offer international shipping?
